Temporary Foreign Worker Program (LMIA) – Representation on preparation and filing the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) application with Service Canada. In most cases, we conduct on-site visits to evaluate the businesses and ensure the employers’ Canadian v.s. Foreign Worker staff ratio can bear LMIA’s program minimum requirement and forecast the timeline from the start to the day your worker is in Canada to start the job.
Review foreign workers’ documents and eligibility for Employers – Whether it is a general template or situation-specific tailor contract, we provide an independent non-biased third party opinion on certain topics or act as a liaison between both parties to help management in the decision making process.
Consultation & Advice to HR professionals & Entrepreneur – We can prepare topic-specific presentations to educate or train your target audience. Our experience range from international workers, international students, HR team of professionals, Board of Directors. There is no group that’s too big or too small. (Minimum 45 mins session with 15 mins Q&A). One-week advance booking is required.
