This Privacy Policy explains how we, and affiliated companies (collectively, “Immigration Consultant Atlantic Ltd.”, “ICA” or “we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, secure, and/or disclose end users’ (“you” or “your”) or otherwise processes your personal information when you use our Services.

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor’s email and a username will be stored on the server. EPN tracking technology is used by third party. While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify you (“Personal Data”). Our Services are designed to avoid collecting information such as your name, address, email address or other similar demographical information unless you provide such data to us.

Device Information
When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system, resolution, application version, and the mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID, advertising ID), language and time zone and IP address.

We collect information automatically about your activity through our Services, for example date and time you used a service, features you have used, online purchases history, subscriptions, and advertising that you click on.

We may collect upon your permission other information such as precise geolocation (latitude and longitude) using information including GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connections. Similarly, from time to time, depending on the Service requested, we may ask for access to your camera in case you want to use certain features of our Services. RETENTION OF DATA
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Where does ICA store my personal information?
Information of our users are stored in our data center in Canada. Your personal information and files are stored on ICA’s servers or the servers of companies we hire to provide services to us.
