We host Immigration Seminars regularly on topics related to Economic Class applications. They cover provincial nominee programs (PNP), Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP) and Express Entry (CEC/FSW). Our seminars are suitable for recent graduates, workers who are new to the job and wish to find out and learn about general immigration programs available in Nova Scotia, eligibility requirements, application procedures and forecast timeline. Employer Services

We offer our expertise and knowledge to keep employers up to date with the temporary foreign worker programs.  Whether it is an LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) application, IMP, or IEC, we can collaborate with your business to build a feasible long-term plan.   Employers must pre-identify the candidate who they wish to hire; we do not intervene your recruitment/selection process.  Our experience goes from food and beverage industry, healthcare, logistics, IT and farms operations.  (read more…)

Consultation

Your initial consultation will be done over the phone or via video conference (Skype, FaceTime). All our initial consultations will be booked at a minimum of half an hour (30 mins). There are times that clients may have received a undeserving negative decision. Judicial Review is one of the option to request a lawyer from DOJ to review the negative decision. Only certain types of applications can be reviewed under our legislation. We work with third-party contracting lawyers to get the job done. We only refer and contract experienced and area-focusd lawyers.
