We do not carry cash on site. All payments will be contactless (debit or credit) or via bank transfers. Starting March 2020, the initial consultation will be done over the phone or via video conference (Skype, FaceTime) and will be booked at a minimum of half an hour (30 mins) with the option of adding quarter hours (15 mins) if needed.

*Since the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have initiated new approaches of conducting businesses to minimize the potential exposed risks to our employees. Starting March 2020, the initial consultation will be done over the phone or via video conference (Skype, FaceTime). If you are in Halifax (Canada) and prefer an in-person meeting, an additional 10% of the consultation fee will be added to your invoice. The additional fee levied for our in-house service is to offset the human contact provided by, and the risks exposed to our staff such as cleaning the conference room prior to your arrival, disinfecting all surface areas after your departure, washing and sanitizing any glassware or silverware used during the meeting. Our in-person consultation will not accommodate family members such as parents, siblings, cousins or any relatives. Only family members who will be included in the same application can join the meeting.
